Regardless of whether it is about the costs of the fleet, maintenance appointments, driving behavior, fuel consumption, CO 2 emissions, or geolocation, fleet managers receive all data in real-time via the online platform and can thus improve the utilization and utilization of the vehicles.
Connect Fleet is an offer from Free2move that can be concluded with a leasing contract through Opel Bank under the Free2move Lease brand. Customers can choose from three service packages, depending on the service depth relevant to their company. The basis for this service is the so-called Connect Box, which in most cases is already installed ex works in the vehicles of the Stellantis brands or is optionally available.

Opel significantly increased sales of its light commercial vehicles across Europe in the first eleven months of 2021. Compared to the same period in the previous year, sales grew by 12.1 percent to almost 100,000 units. The developments in markets such as Germany (plus 9.0 percent), Great Britain (plus 8.1 percent), and Spain (plus 6.0 percent) have played a key role in this development.
The company is particularly pleased about the growth of the Opel Vivaro-e. In Europe, the electric van leads the D segment with a share of 21 percent. In the overall ranking of all electrified commercial vehicles, it occupies third place thanks to the high sales figures in Great Britain. The Opel Combo-e Cargo is also doing well. The delivery van had 27 percent more new registrations in Germany than from January to November 2020. That is the most substantial growth within the range of light commercial vehicles of the brand.
