Audi has stated that the Audi e-Tron will be followed in five years by a bigger Audi Q8 e-Tron in 2026, as the company seeks to phase out combustion engines. Confirmed by company officials during Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo's visit to Audi's factory in Forest, Belgium (south of Brussels), the new Q8 E-Tron will be constructed at the Forest plant beginning in 2026, replacing the existing E-Tron range, which has been in production since late 2018.
