In recent days there has been a strange and worrying phenomenon, particularly near the Holstebro, Denmark. The bodies of the minks have returned to the surface, pushed by the pressure of the decomposition gases emitted by their carcasses. And a small controversy has also started between the environment ministry, who has ensured that the minks were buried 2 meters deep, and a public broadcaster that found a burial of only 0.91 meters.
Environmental groups also intervened, ready to underline how the mass grave arose in the immediate vicinity of a lake, with all the consequent risks of pollution and contamination.
