Texas banned companies producing natural gas export energy to other regions, while trying to restore electricity supply, amid an unprecedented energy crisis inUnited States. Greg Abbot, Texas governor, issued an order that will last until February 21, 2021.

With this decision, the Texas government seeks to allocate energy to electricity generating plants and alleviate the electricity crisis, where more than 2.6 million inhabitants lack electricity service.
