I liked the article because I've always been hard on myself and haven't achieved goals that I've wanted to achieve in my life. For example, I've always liked volleyball and played at school, but my nerves betrayed me when doing the service, and I began to criticize myself and say that I was useless. But, after a while, he realized that his nervousness and lack of confidence had wrecked all he wanted to be. Nonetheless, I did extremely well in class, and everyone was looking for me, which gave me a lot of confidence in myself.

Another example was when someone new arrived in a class who knew more than I did, and I felt less because my self-esteem had plummeted, but I devised a method to meet with people who knew more than I did to learn more they did this happened frequently.
